Simple steps
How It Works
Unroll & cut your size
Big pimple? Cut bigger. Tiny whitehead? Cut smaller. No waste. No guessing. Just the exact coverage you need.
Press it on
Clean, dry skin. Peel, stick, press. The hydrocolloid seal forms instantly. It won’t budge overnight.
Peel off in the morning
The patch turns white as it absorbs — you’ll see exactly what it pulled out. Flat, less red, healing faster.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
What testers are saying.
I've been through so many pimple patch packs and half the patches go to waste because they're the wrong size. One Patchroll has lasted me three months. Worth every cent.
Stuck one on before bed and by morning it was completely white and the spot was flat. I cut it to match exactly and it didn't peel off once overnight.
FAQ
Questions answered.
What's in the roll?
Patchroll is made from medical-grade hydrocolloid — the same absorbent material used in wound care. It contains no active pharmaceutical ingredients, fragrances, parabens, or harsh chemicals. Just a skin-safe adhesive layer bonded to the hydrocolloid film.
What size should I cut?
Cut to cover the blemish with a few millimetres of overlap on each side — enough to seal completely. For a small whitehead, a 10mm square is plenty. For a larger cystic spot, cut a wider oval or rectangle. There's no wrong answer: you can always cut a second piece.
How long should I leave it on?
At least 6 hours — overnight is ideal. The hydrocolloid needs time to form a seal and draw out fluid. You'll know it's working when the patch turns opaque or white. Remove it gently in the morning by peeling from the edge, not the centre.
Can I use it during the day?
Yes. Patchroll is ultra-thin and sits flat against the skin. It's not invisible under makeup, but it's discreet enough for daytime use. For best results and maximum absorption, overnight wear is recommended.
How many patches can I get from one roll?
A single roll contains enough material for 2,000+ standard-sized patches (roughly 10mm × 10mm). Larger cuts will reduce that number, but you'll always get far more coverage per pound than with pre-cut sheet packs.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Patchroll is hypoallergenic and fragrance-free. The hydrocolloid material is designed to be gentle on all skin types. If you have a known adhesive allergy, test a small piece on your forearm for 30 minutes before full use.
